This website was created after life changing events. We hope to share our knowledge from this experience to help our community.

~ Amber's Story ~

Amber bought a home from a non-profit organization acting as both the general contractor and the lender. A Governor's Home was placed on a foundation built by the G.C. and soon became riddled with mold and high concentrations of radon. The  so called non-profit did not adhere to the contract, they violated code, and wreaked havoc on a brand new home. A legal battle ensued and a verdict was given. Amber is now telling her story, and advocating for anybody they may be in similar situation
